Hosted at the State Library of New South Wales on 22 November 2023, JMI held its annual reception showcasing the seven research projects and teams who were awarded the 2023 JMI Policy Challenge Grants from the University of Sydney, Western Sydney University, University of Technology Sydney, UNSW and Charles Sturt University. The event featured a keynote speech by The Hon. Anoulack Chanthivong, NSW Minister for Better Regulation and Fair Trading, Industry and Trade, Innovation, Science and Technology, Building, and Corrections.
