Jodie Brabin joined JMI as a Policy Fellow (Academic Stream) in April 2024 from Charles Sturt University. Her research focuses on the participation, retention and attrition patterns among men in nursing across NSW public health services in order to inform local and state-level nursing workforce strategies.
