Tim is the Director of Roadmap Governance at the Office of Energy and Climate Change within NSW Treasury, leading the ongoing governance of the NSW Electricity Infrastructure Roadmap. He is an experienced strategic policy and program delivery professional who has worked across engineering, public sector consulting, and public service roles in Australia, the UK and Singapore. He has diverse experience across policy areas including energy and climate change, industry and economic development, public health and international development. He has previously held a range of Board directorships with RESULTS UK, the Islington and Shoreditch Housing Association, and Oxfam Australia, where he was Chair of the Public Engagement Committee.

Tim holds Bachelors degrees in Civil Engineering and Commerce from the University of Western Australia and a Masters of Public Policy from the University of Oxford.
